Ashley graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2011. She has been with Rounder Records since the fall of 2015 and has worked on album release campaigns for Sam Bush, The Earls of Leicester, Béla Fleck & Abigail Washburn, The Gibson Brothers, Sierra Hull, and Steve Martin & the Steep Canyon Rangers, and many others. Her additional responsibilities have grown to include bluegrass radio, digital marketing, and event planning.
