Gigs are tough on musicians. The loading, unloading, setup, breakdown...not to mention the actual performance, take more out of you than just the three hrs on stage. Welcome to YOGA for Musicians!

Although this class is designed for musicians, it will be appropriate for anyone who would like to attend.
No experience is required and the exercises we will use are appropriate for everyone.
