How to Mic a Bluegrass Band

Several engineers experienced with producing live sound for bluegrass bands will work with the band Jeff Scroggins & Colorado to demonstrate a variety of live mic techniques. Everything from "line-up" (individual close mics for every source) to pure single-micing will be demonstrated. Advantages and disadvantages of each technique will be discussed, as well as tips and pointers from both sound engineers and experienced performers.
